être belle uses SAP Business One Cloud to connect its webshop, inventory management, sales, and shipping. Four key components shape its daily work:
Automatically connect webshop and ERP
Online orders are transferred from the être belle webshop to SAP Business One. For new customers, their data is created in the ERP system. Conversely, the integration transfers inventory levels from SAP Business One to the webshop. This reduces the need for manual data entry by the back office.
Keep an eye on inventory and purchasing needs
SAP Business One displays inventory levels by quantity and value. The inventory planning assistant takes into account existing orders, customer demand, and minimum stock levels, among other factors, and supports the team in creating new orders.
Send orders at the fulfillment terminal
Orders from the webshop or sales department are visible to the logistics team. Shipping staff retrieve the picking list on a scanner and collect the items. After packing, the delivery note, invoice, and shipping label can be generated and printed with a single click.
Provide sales with data even on the go
The team, distributed across Germany, accesses the ERP system via SAP Business One Cloud. Sales staff can use the web client on their tablets to enter customer orders and view customer data, history, and product availability.
