Planning multi-stage production from customer orders
When a customer order is entered, the information is also available to production. SAP Business One resolves multi-level bills of materials and shows which production orders are needed for the requested item. The MRP assistant helps determine which components need to be procured.
Keep an eye on inventory and material requirements
WAVELABS can retrieve inventory levels by quantity, storage location, and value. The item master data is categorized. Some items are planned based on a minimum stock level, while others are ordered according to specific demand using the planning assistant.
Trace serial numbers down to the assembly level
The serial numbers of the installed components can be traced down to the lowest assembly level. Conesprit has added this information to the standard delivery note. This allows customers to track which components are installed in their solar simulator.
Create receipts and work remotely
The customized sales documents use appropriate text modules in the WAVELABS style, depending on the transaction. According to the e-book, their creation is significantly faster. Employees can also access the necessary data remotely via SAP Business One Cloud.
